This free service provides access to all your credit union accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a touchtone telephone from your home, office or car. It will save you invaluable time while keeping you up-to-date on your financial matters. It's easy to use and free. Simply stop by any University Credit Union branch and fill out a simple access form to get started!

Call 786.425.5050 using a touchtone phone. The computer voice will guide you through the process. You will make all entries using your phone keypad. Initially, you will be asked for your account number and authorization code.
Important Information...
Federal Government Regulation D restricts telephone initiated and pre-authorized withdrawals and transfers from savings accounts only to no more than six (6) within a calendar month. If you should attempt to exceed six, Automated Account Phone will ask you to call our regular telephone number for assistance.
We want to assure you that much effort went into the planning and implementation of Automated Account Phone with respect to security. We monitor all activity occurring on Automated Account Phone and review all transfer and withdrawal transactions before actual posting to your account occurs.
There will be times, though infrequent, when we cannot make Automated Account Phone available to you due to system maintenance. Generally, this will be only for a fifteen minute period. The voice prompt will tell you if the system is down.
Call or write as soon as possible if you think your statement is wrong, or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we send the first statement on which the problem(s) or error(s) appear.
